I’m Kamye Hugley, a dedicated Learning and Development professional with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering transformative training programs that empower individuals and organizations alike. My career journey began in the classroom as a Head Start teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for the foundational role that education plays in shaping lives.
This experience ignited my passion for learning and led me to expand my expertise into leadership roles within nonprofit and educational organizations. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams to implement innovative learning strategies that not only enhance knowledge retention but also foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Reading from Barry University, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of literacy development and its significance in education.
I also have a MicroMasters® Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, further solidifying my skills in creating effective and engaging learning experiences. My work is characterized by a commitment to equity and inclusion, ensuring that all learners have access to high-quality resources and opportunities. I specialize in designing programs that are not only engaging but also tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse learner populations, ultimately driving real-world impact and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
